Khách sạn Dartford

"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty. Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some . Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant . Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels . I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

"Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great even with allergies."

"The staff were very helpful and kind."

"We had a wonderful room, the lady who checked us in was extremely kind. We enjoyed having the concierge downstairs who took our suitcases and allowed us to roam around London until our room was ready. The restaurants were OK. The service was terrible at the steakhouse, but much better at the sushi restaurant. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were close to Big Bend, the tower of London, right off Westminster Bridge. Absolutely loved this place. You do need to make a reservation to use...

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly."

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...

"Minimal interaction with staff. The ones we did interact with were very nice. Not really any amenities to speak about. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for our needs"

"A few more outlets - both electric and technology plug ins would have been appreciated"

"helpfull"

"From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and overall food experience. The hotel is centrally located to all main sites that made our booked excursions/tours convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are a little snug. Otherwise my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"buena ubicación"

"Ohmygosh! Everything was fantastic! The room, the bed (so comfy), the cleanliness, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be back! Thank you for everything!"
