The property is charming, with beautifully designed rooms and a cozy, inviting lobby. The rooms are stocked with Santal products, which is a nice touch. "Hair dryer was nowhere to be found (but holder was still on the wall.) When checking in to my room, I found raisins on the desk chair (which had badly torn seat.) If it wasn't so late, I would have let left. Front desk staff were NOT available during stated hours. A neighbor in a nearby room locked himself out of his room accidentally and we both tried calling for assistance, to no avail. (At that point I REALLY wish I had left!)"

"Positives: The room was fine. The staff is helpful as I came with the twisted ankle, he gave me the room on the first floor and brought suitcase and a bag of ice. Negatives: The ground is with potholes, drive carefully. The breakfast area is tiny. The selection is very limited even for continental. Tables were dirty. Hot water for tea wasn’t hot. There’s no usual ramp for suitcase even in front of the office"

"This hotel looks like you stepped into 1980. The front door had a gap that let in light and cold air. The wallpaper was peeling. There were scuff marks on the walls and door. The bathroom fixture was open and you could see exposed wiring. Some outlet plates were also open. The one lamp had non working electrical outlets. The room smelled musty. The beds were comfortable and the shower had reasonable pressure."
