"This hotel really makes you depend on them for everything. There is a nice fridge in the room but don’t you dare touch it or put your leftovers inside or you’ll be charged! Ridiculous to have a fridge filled with liquor top to bottom. There is also the up charge as soon as you walk in. For $150 more per day you can eat all your meals at the hotel. Again, they make you completely reliant on them for everything. I was on the 15th floor and could hear all the port sounds, including port authority...

"Beautiful property downtown our room was beautiful with a city view, Nice restaurants walking distance from the hotel 5 minutes. The staff is very helpful, our room was comfortable and room service quick & delivered on time. managing director of the hotel was so helpful to us with our late checkout due to our night flight she took care of us which was very kind of her. Thank you for understanding our situation it means a lot to my husband & myself."
