The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out"

"We had 2 rooms, and one had a faint smoke smell, same as the entrance and lobby. We had a lot of trouble with the door keys for both rooms, as did the staff that tried to help us. The halls were very warm, and while the AC in the room worked well it made leaving the room uncomfortable, especially when we got locked out a couple of times! Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we came the day they had resurfaced the parking lot which made parking and wheelchair access difficult, but staff was...

"the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice"
