The hotel is located in a beautiful area. Very walkable. The room was ok. Here's why I rated it poor. We arrived late and asked for a luggage cart - there were 5 of us traveling with lots of luggage. We were told "we don't offer that service". We didn't ask for someone to take our luggage to our room. The 2 ladies were very nice and helped us but no luggage cart? There was no easy way to unload or load the vehicle. There were no phones in the rooms - couldn't call each other. There was no water in the rooms provided or even an option to purchase water. When turning on the AC, it was incredibly noisy almost to the point wondering if I should call someone to check it. The breakfast for 11 pounds was nothing special. I'd spend a few more pounds and get a great breakfast elsewhere. Found 2 nice places to eat that were incredible - the Turkish place next door - phenomenal. TKMaxx across the street was handy to pick up some forgotten things. The parking is located in a garage right next door to TKMAXX. Not sure on the daily rate but each time we left it was around 15 pounds. i would not stay here again.

Perfect once again

I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort
