"My first choice when choosing a hotel in London. Staff are amazing, always make you feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. Have been 3 times in the last 6 months which says a lot, and will definitely be returning. So many nice bars and restaurants, and if you’re lucky enough to get a room at the front of the hotel, the views are amazing! 10/10"

"This hotel is a little off the beaten track for me as I normally stay close to Fitzrovia in London. However, I wanted a hotel with a gym / pool, and this was situated an easy walk away from Westbourne Park underground station (a few stops on from Great Portland Street station). And what a pleasant surprise I had. This is a funky, fresh hotel with brilliant facilities. My room was a great size and included a small kitchen. The air con in my room was excellent and the gym is good enough for a solid workout. Added to this was a cinema room and pool (neither of which I used) and a fabulous canal side restaurant (the rolled lamb belly was unbelievable). This was all topped off by EVERY single member of staff being kind and considerate. If you want a hotel that is a corporate chain - this is not for you. If you want great facilities in a relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere, this is worth a go."
