"The Pros:
Staff were professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly.
The food was delicious our favorite restaurant was Spice.
The spa was impressive and exceeded my expectations.
The pools are large.
The Cons:
My suite was in need of a remodel. The couch had a couch cover, the decorative pillows were stained, my mattress had a huge dip, the stitching in the sheets were coming loose, the ceiling near the AC unit started leaking one day and caused plaster to crumble and fall. The grout around floor tiles was coming out. The outdoor tub was stained and the water presser to it was a trickle. My curtains were stained, the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock.
As a Premiere Customer I was supposed to receive 2 snacks in my room, which I didn’t.
The pool towels were thin and had a food odor.
Due to the sargassum on the beach everyone was at the pool and the towels ran out.
We attended Yoga and there was not enough mats for everyone.
There is a lot of construction at the resort causing saw and banging."
