"Beds were horrible. They were super hard, i could barely sleep and woke up with terrible back pain. Not soft at all, barely any padding, just flat. Also the air conditoner barely worked in my room. Anytime i would try to turn the air lower so it could be colder the heat turned on. I teied to go to the front desk and they said i had to keep it at 72 because if i turn it lower then the unit would think it was cold outside and switch to heat which didnt make sense. I ended up tossing and turning...
