"Felt like home top shelf accommodations!"

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"Free parking, which is rare in Denver. Secure building, which I have never seen before, but it added an extra layer of comfort and security. Clean rooms with an awesome pool. Close to downtown, which meant walking distance to see a baseball game. Might be one of the best breakfasts out there. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"For how much the hotel cost the rooms were NOT well maintained. The hotel also did not keep track well of the state of the rooms. When we initially checked into our room we noticed that the first room they gave us had a fully deconstructed toilet with the seat literally resting on the bathroom countertop. "The hotel was hot everyday. Asked for a fan to be brought up and never was. We also asked for room service to clean our room and provided new towels and all they did was bring towels and place them on the bed. Will never stay here again"

"This hotel was nice and comfortable and we had a pleasant experience here. The TV was fine but the bed didn't face it so it was weird to have to crane my neck to the side to relax and watch something. Also there were channels like Comedy Central that were just black no matter what. I kind of really wanted to watch South Park in Denver even though that's silly and I was disappointed that I couldn't do that. Great sheets, ease and convenience to clean shower/toilet from private room on 3rd floor. Great communal spaces? The Kitchen, its cooler for everyone's stuff, appliances, just great.
