"This has been the worst experience ever, the room smelled like an ashtray, and a bar. The sheets had cigarettes burnt. The bathroom was awful and the toilet had stains. The customer service was null, my husband and I didn't even know where to get ice or anything."

"Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna"

"We stayed here for the pool but it was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The maintenance guy was very nice and made a big effort to fix the problem with the pool. Front desk staff was nonchalant and very unhelpful about the broken coffee maker but the cleaners tried to help us out. We had to go buy our own coffee maker though. Breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the catering staff."
