"This is an excellent hotel! Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great condition and clean everywhere (lobby area and room). Breakfast was great with so many great options. There is a ton of parking too."

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant. I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners. The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight; microwave (I didn’t use). I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up. These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. "I would not recommend this place. The loft was dirty when we arrived, dirt on the rug and black hairs in the shower and in the bed . The room was also about 80 degrees . We were running late for our meeting due to traffic so couldn’t address this at the time. At about 11:30pm we came back and just got our things . I sent the owner a message and asked for some kind of refund . I get that the place is old but at least make sure it’s clean . So now we were exhausted from the drive and the training...
