The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. "The bed was soft and the room was spacious. I only wish they told us that they don’t clean unless we tell them. They also didn’t give us a map/directory of Rio Center which would have made the trip better. I don’t like that they don’t have a pool and the workout room is small. Breakfast was good."

"Room was clean and a great size for our family. Breakfast was okay as I have had better options at Homewood Suites elsewhere. The fire alarm went off twice while we were there due to a sensitive sensor with the pool. The hot tub was warm and was not hot nor had bubbles. The pool was a really good size and luckily had a patio to open the door because it was very hot/humid and very loud. The staff was very friendly. I would go back if we are going to be in the area again."

"The biggest problem at this hotel the parking fee that does not give you a designated parking space. I think it should not be a FEE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A SPACE FOR MY CAR EACH DAY THAT I STAY THERE. I WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER LOCATIONS NEXT TRIP TO THE AREA."

"Awful. Woke up with nausea from the awful paint covering cigarette smell. The fridge I opened to put something in it, Smelled like death. Wash clothes had stains. Sketchy place inside and outside. Felt unsafe when a guy follow my daughter and I from the traffic light to the hotel parking lot on his bike. Mattresses did not have mattress protectors, just fitted sheets. Force ourselves to sleep in the same bed, on top of the blankets with out hoodies and street clothes on bc we both felt so...

"This was the third or fourth time that we used the Doubletree. The property seems to be going downhill. We could not use the shower. The handle fell off so we could not turn the water on. The outlets in the bathroom were not working. The food was good in the dining room. I did speak to the front desk person about the problem in the morning. He said we should’ve called in the night. However, we had just spent 21 hours straight coming home from a flight. We are both in our 70s and did not want to...
