"I use this hotel every year when family comes to town. When I went to check in, I was informed that there is a $200 deposit on each room. That was after I said excuse me, because I didn’t understand any of what the clerk was saying. I had booked several rooms. My cousin called and said the room had an odor and the television was not working. With anger showing on the clerks face, he finally figured out the cord was missing. Same cousin called me crying because they had double booked her room. While she was getting dresses, someone came in. I’ll never spend my money there again. The hotel must have a new owner because it was never this bad off."
