The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. "The hotel staff, especially the housekeeping team, were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. I only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was well prepared and enjoyable. The hotel itself is in need of updates, primarily cosmetic improvements. I experienced air-conditioning issues in my original room and had to be moved. The new room also had a problem with the shower. However, in both cases, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issues as quickly as possible. It seemed to me that the staff may be working with limited resources when it comes to property updates, but they more than make up for it with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their exceptional service was the highlight of my stay.”"
