"The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep."

"Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car"

"Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. "Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent"

"The room was a fabulous size for the two of us. It had a kettle, a decent size shower room and was all very light and airy with a tv. The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base."

"Pleasant place to stay."

"This is a self catering apartment hotel situated in the Old Town right next to Hull Minster and within a 15 minute walking distance of virtually everything including the station. It’s spotless and has a very modern feel with all the amenities needed, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Kitchen area has everything including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, cooker, hob and fridge which has some milk and oat milk sachets. Beds are large and very comfy, the wet room was enormous. There are a...
