"Staff that we seen were friendly. Cleanliness could use some work. We stayed in the hotel attached (rome) building is fine but could use a few updates. Shower pressure wasnt the greatest. Beds could probably be updated. Overall i would stay again. But might try a different spot. Weve stayed here 3 different times. Not much has changed over the past few years. But if you are looking for a reasonable price its not the worst. "

"It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot. Staff were very nice and polite. "

"Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. We called the local police to see if they could help us. They tried to call several times on number provded, still no answer after about an hour i received a text saying the code was different from what we were told the door again still no luck . Tried the phone number again no answer funny she could text us but not answer. After 2 more attempts we finally were in our room. The floor felt like walking on sand. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Needless to say i would not recommend this motel to my dog. "
