"DANGEROUS LIGHTING CONDITIONS IN THE ROOMS! Problems with keys not working right when I got there. I was carrying a heavy load, both keys failed to work. Had to come back and get two more. Also didn't work. Moved to a new room. Problem with all their rooms is there is no ceiling light in the room. Just a few low-level hazy wall lights. It felt more like a drug den than a hotel, and the room had a strange mouldy smell. Not a good place for children or anyone with visual challenges, because you can easily bang into something and fall and hit your head. Also, the free computer in the business room required help to get online and kept going offline. Hotel room wifi also unreliable, and required lots of time to get it going again. That aside, Kevin (office) was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for some afternoon love, but not for serious hotelgoers. "

"Great staff but Restaurant food $52 steak was so tough a pit bull would have had trouble eating it. It’s not the nearest hotel to falls as advertised. They nickel and dime you for everything $15 day parking, no free breakfast, no robes in suites, pay for water in room. "

"Not the cleanest bathrooms. Shower floor was disgusting. Halls and lobby smelled of marijuana. Very young person working front desk appeared to be not sure of what he was doing"

"Alisa at check in was great. Missing lightbulbs in the room was weird. TV difficult to operate - bad remote? Kept losing signal. Breakfast staff presence did not allow for either quiet nor private dining - had to go up to our room for either/both. Loud talking, hovering in the actual and small dining area. Couldn’t hear the tv due to constant chatter with coworker(s). Just seemed like the guests were intruding on the staff. Sorry for the poor review. "

"Hotel is nice but too many hockey families made for a noisy evening and requests for silence from staff. Rainforest cafe neglected to put out a sign for private event during normal business hours leading to a alternate lunch location, major issue considering they run the arcade next door which was well funded while patrons waited to be told they were closed for a private event."
