"This is a Candlewood Suites. It is the low end of the IHG family of hotels. The advantage is that if you have a lot of work to do the desk/kitchen counter stretches most of the room so it is easy to work on a project. This particular location surprises you when you check in as they charge for parking that is not disclosed when you make a reservation via Expedia."

Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. The situation became worse when we tried to extend our stay. I contacted the host by text asking if a larger room was available. Nobody responded. Instead, when...
