While checking in, the clerk maintained a conversation complaining about the lack of work ethic in other employees. The room was surprisingly quiet which was great given the neighborhood. The freezer in our fridge didn't work because there was too much ice buildup. The AC worked well, which I was grateful given the high temperature. The water there tasted terrible. ...

"The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. I think the motel should ban smoking all together outside the rooms and designate areas away from the building. If you don't mind the smoking and the...

"No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again."
