"Paying for parking is a scam! In cities where there is no parking lot is ok, but not to pay in a lot on hotel property."

"The front desk was amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with several of the front desk staff and they were pleasant, helpful and really seemed to like their job. The room was modest in size and did not have a microwave, but it was clean and quiet. Exercises room was adequate and clean."

"Property and staff excellent. Very helpful and hotel was exactly what I expected with exception microwave not in room. But overall very satisfied. Had to leave early so didn't have breakfast,but had in previous hotel. Very good"

"Needed a place to stay near the airport. Clean … .comfy. Everyone kind and helpful. We missed the scheduled airport van by a few minutes and a driver stepped in to take us. Nice bright, well equipped gym. Grabbed breakfast. The buffet was typical… but all well done. "

"The hotel is well situated off the highway- nice enough but the staff were unpleasant. I called to inquire about a pack and play for our infant and the hotel clerk said it was too late and I’d have to set it up myself. Her tone was annoyed and after a long day of travelling, I expected a warmer welcome."

"Overall, TownPlace Suites is pretty good, not great (6.5 / 10). The first room that we were assigned had a door that did not lock and the phone was not working. The second room was good, but the coffee maker was missing the basket. The beds were very comfortable. Where TownPlace falls short is its attention to the comman areas. I had to notify the staff that there was no paper towel in the workout room to wipe the equipment, and there were no towels. I also had to notify that the men's...

"I was very underwhelmed unfortunately, I had a room that a plug in AC unit and the room was next to another room that had dogs…heard them throughout the day..they didn’t have a phone in the room, I had two wash cloths that looked they were purchased from Walmart, two different colors, you had to ask the front desk for things needed, pretty much everything ; the ratings I saw seems to be embellished because my experience was nowhere near a 9.0 experience."

"My stay at this DoubleTree exceeded my expectations. Jeff at checkin made it a breeze. He was familiar with the area and was able to give us directions. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. On the Buffet was hot grits, corn beef hash, bacon, scrambled eggs and more. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly."
