"The biltmore is a stately property, very convenient to U Miami and with lovely amenities. Thr rooms are a bit dated and worn but clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. The pool is incredibly large and a wonderful place to spend the afternoon."

"I cannot say enough amazing comments about the staff, the hotel, the rooms and amenities. Everyone was so helpful with coordination of an entire bridal event, room checkin accommodations, manging our luggage, valet parking, room service and housekeeping. Everyone was exceptional. The VP Suite was the perfect location for a large group to prepare for a wedding day. The amenities and space could not have been better. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"We booked two rooms—one with two queens and one with a king. Upon arrival, the king room was apparently more of a suggestion than a guarantee, so we ended up with two rooms with two queen beds. We got there a bit early and decided to have lunch at the Collab. It’s a great-looking restaurant, and the food was good once it arrived, but the wait was long enough that we could’ve left, found another restaurant, eaten, and still beaten our original order back to the table. There was a private party...

"Checkin was easy and fast! Room was clean. That is the extent of pluses. The room was within 20 feet of a 6 lane highway and the entry door ( the only thing between us and the outside) was not weather stripped on the bottom so there was a place for noise to enter the room unimpeded! The AC unit was like a jet plane and wouldn't change speed! Thank god we brought good ear plugs! The toilet seat had no lid and there was no kleenex supplied in the room and only one washcloth! "The hotel was filthy. Moldy cheese-it’s under the cushions, bad odor of mold and mildew. I had to leave because my throat was closing up. Unacceptable……"
