"Horrible hotel "

"The hotel has been recently renovated. It is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely nice, clean and pleasant. Our room was brand new. The facilities are fine. A few flaws (like breakfast with not much choice) but the overall feeling is positive and I would definitely recommend it. Staff has been super super friendly. "We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via hotels.com app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience."
