"The property is nice and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. Two upgrades would help greatly. Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. Constructing ramps in appropriate locations should be a relatively simple but highly value-added convenience to provide for guests. Also upgrading electrical outlets to contain USB A and USB C charging outlets for electronic...

"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds...

"Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive. Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?"

"Clean with good bedding and breakfast. Air conditioning was turned off so room was 24.5C with no air as windows don't open. Unacceptable for such an expensive hotel, would not recommend. Also, had an accident as room has a step which is not visible in daylight. Reported it but hotel does not appear to have a formal accident process. Style takes priority over safety. Very poor value for money."

Room was larger than most danish hotels with very comfortable bed and pillows. Blackout curtains added to some much needed rest after exploring. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had!
