A nice little hotel above a pub. Decent enough location around a 15-20 minute walk from New Street station. Surrounding area not great but a decent stay for the price and would stay again. Nice staff.

Breakfast was hot and plenty of choice. Room was clean and offered tea & coffee making facilities and water. Parking was available below hotel but expensive at £24 part or full 24 hours.
