Atlantis: great location and great breakfasts

Ideal location for the Winter Gardens; we were staying for a dance competition. Lovely warm rooms and great breakfasts! only downfall - for a non-smoking hotel, our room frequently smelt of smoke - maybe it was an adjoining room - but that was a shame. Otherwise, great location, helpful owners and clean! Just what we needed.

Had an excellent 2-night stay, could not have asked for better value for money. Friendly and helpful proprietors, great breakfast too. Recommended and would definitely return. Close to the Tower and North / Central Piers and trams.

A GREAT STAY AT A GREAT PLACE

My stay at the Atlantis Hotel Blackpool was fantastic. I cannot give enough praise to the hotel, staff, or management. The owners couldn't have been kinder, especially during a personal upset. The food was great, the breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Coming from me, this is saying a lot, as I am a very fussy eater. The room was kept extremely clean and pleasant. My bed was freshly made each day, the room and bathroom was cleaned daily and towels changed upon request. Would I return? I have already booked for New Year. Would I recommend the hotel? I am taking my sister with me at New Year.

The people running the place are extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Only a minute walk to the Main Street.

Improvements needed

When advertising your self as a hotel that is happy to accept groups of people , stags and hen parties it come to no suprise that there would be noise etc, however I discovered this is not the case as the rude staff complained about slight noise when coming back at night. The attitude of the staff also needs a reality check by my standards you cannot speak like that to guests who have PAID to stay at what your advertising. Showers in room are also freezing but rooms pretty clean

the Atlantis

Hi My husband and daughter stayed at the Atlantis we booked on the same day,The owners are fantastic,very informative and went out of there way to help us. we were made very welcome.Our room was very clean with fresh white towels and easter bunny's on our pillow.The bar has a lovely friendly atmosphere,breakfast was beautifully cooked spotlessly clean dinning room and friendly service would definitely go again,Thanks guys
