Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area. Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to...

"Its a beautiful place and the staff was amazing, friendly and very willing to help, room was clean and the breakfast gave different many breakfast choices to choose from. Great initiative from staff despite the high temperature they ensured there was always ice cubes available for the rooms and offered free ice cream during the day. Very close proximity to the sea, town and other places of interest."

"Arrived and got checked in, this was very straight forward. When we got to the room, we unpacked and settled down to watch a little TV, unfortunately the TV did not work. I called reception and they sent a maintenance man, he arrived very quickly and began his fault diagnosis, unfortunately he was unable to repair it.
