"We arrived and the lifts were all out of order - this is an 8 floor hotel. We had to walk up all the flights in 36° heat to get to our rooms and the poor staff carried most of the bags. We were travelling with a party with 3 separate rooms. One person suffered the night without any air conditioning. Another took a shower which flooded the bathroom.
