"1st room was extremely dirty. Went to front desk and they said since I booked through a third party app, it automatically assigned a room and it happened to be one they use for “storage”. 2nd room was cleaner, still just changed into our wedding attire and left "
"Couch needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned instead of just putting cover over cushions, layer of dust on top of fridge, inside fridge dirty, dishwasher dirty and old, dishes sticky and dirty in cabinet, not given pots/pans/sponge/dishwasher soap, toilet seat broken (had to be careful not to slip off when sitting down, carpets filthy, pull out sofa awful and extra sheets and pillow had definitely not been washed, toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was clogged whole time, layers of dirt in corners in variety of places, trash cans dirty, mattress stained and uncomfortable, sticky remote, had to ask for wifi. I get that this wasn’t a ritzy place but CLEANLINESS should never been an issue in a hotel. This place takes no pride in cleanliness, cuts corners, does lower than pure basics. Someone knocked on my door at 9:30am to see if we were still there, check out isn’t until noon. Breakfast was decent. Don’t stay in this dump. They won’t have my hard earned money again. "
"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The service was wonderful the rooms not so much doesn’t look like they put money back into the rooms. I had to change rooms three times. The third room ended up being a king suite it was the cleanest of the three."
"Check in was ok, had to wait for the receptionist to end her call. She was very polite and I appreciated that. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There has to be new management however because the towels were so hard and dry. I have stayed in this establishment alot and the towels were always so soft and comfy. Until now. I had a room for 2 nights and on the day after check in, "housekeeping" attempted to barge in to clean the room. While I appreciate the fact that they wanted to clean a room, they beat on the door, woke me up, scared the entire crap out of me. I had the safety bar thingy on the door and they were unable to get in, but even then, they continued to bang on the door hollering "room service". I had to tell them through the door 3 times I did not want any service. Lastly, out of 3 ice machines in the hotel, not one of them worked. No ice was provided. Unacceptable. "
