"Delicious hardboiled eggs, pancakes, oatmeal and cinnamon, and cinnamon bagels. Only 5 minutes of hot water in shower, hot/cold knob in shower quircky, glass sliding door not locked and only had the security bar to lock, room refrigerator literally froze my bananas and apples. On 06/11/2026 Checkout by desandra or sandra unprofessional, didn't know how to make a copy of bill receipt, once my cousin left to watch the dog desandra/sandra would not confirm cousins last 4 digits of credit card to compare bills. The copies of bills could hardly see the print. She just kept repeadedly stating, "I don't know." Check in was easy breezy. Smokers outside your room door. Yuk!"

"The staff were very kind, and my children really enjoyed the pool. However, some of the support posts in the lazy river were in poor condition, with nails visible, and the water slide and hot tub were not operating during our stay. I hope these issues can be addressed and improved by next year. Thank you for your attention and for an otherwise enjoyable experience."

"Beautiful hotel room. Very spacious with balcony on first floor and able to walkout to the lake. They offered a campfire every night with s’mores. Really a great experience. We do with they offered bacon for breakfast. It was only sausage all week. Otherwise, it was a very good experience."
