"Had an amazing two weeks, didn’t want to come home!!"

"It was ok"

"Staff could have been a little more helpful"

"Stayed here the first half of my birthday trip & I loved it ! I initially book The Garden , & ended up wanting to switch to The Ivory & I fell in love with it ! The staff was helpful to a certain extent. They were speaking Spanish to one another & smirking when I requested to change rooms , & acted like it was coming out of their paycheck. I guess they thought I couldn’t speak Spanish. Well you never know who’s bilingual & who’s not. They did not inform the person at the front desk , so when it...

"The place was clean, and all we needed was there. Communication was smooth, received all related directions beforehand, so checking in and all went smoothly. The resort is very calm, it's not a new place but well maintained, love our terrace and the garden view. It met all our expectations."

"Great!!!"

"ME GUSTÓ MUCHO, Disfruté la estancia, la comida en el restaurante fue muy rica. Pequeños defectos en la infraestructura del closet que mejorar, pero estuvo todo muy bien."

"I had a great experience at Blue Bay specifically The Jazmyn. It was exactly what I wanted and matched the pictures perfectly. If you are looking for a an entire home with privacy and relaxing atmosphere then this is a great place to book. Personally, I found it to be in a great location and not to far from our activities. I do recommend renting a car btw. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. I know some have issues with their not being a beach on-site but we really enjoyed the quietness of the resort and the opportunity to get away from everything. The staff was wonderful! Only thing that we would like to see better would be the food options for room service. It was hit or miss on quality and there was no variation and limited options unless you went to Dreams."

"Excellent stay"

"Excellent service all round"

"Uma experiência maravilhosa! Queremos voltar! Amamos nossa estadia no Ávila! O hotel tem instalações extremamente confortáveis, um ambiente muito agradável e uma praia deliciosa, especialmente para quem viaja com crianças. Outro ponto alto foi a música ao vivo, que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Destaque absoluto para o show da Lorenza: MARAVILHOSO!!! Um espetáculo que merece ser prestigiado! A gastronomia também nos surpreendeu positivamente, com comida deliciosa e de ótima...
