"This is my favorite apartment for a stay in London.(I am there twice a year.) The concierge is always at the front desk to greet me and make me feel so welcome. The apartment is spotless with maid service throughout the week. Towels are big and bright white. The location is excellent - a three minute walk to the tube and 2 large grocery stores near by. "This company is not what it seems. They have fake photographs on display at Expedia, and then they put you up in a flat which is completely different from what shown, at a completely different location in Piccadilly. The flat they put me up at was smelly, dusty, unclean, and no ventilation. They have no central air conditioning, rather they have just put portable ACs with pipes which you have to put out of the window. Hence, you can't really close the windows, and neither can you get any...
