The breakfast and dinner it’s very good and lots options. Very nice
About the staff very professional they are doing so fantastic and good customer service. I’ll back soon again for sure .
Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast.
Me and my son ,we have had a really good experience and we are looking forward coming another time. Really appreciate. Thank you
The best part of the hotel was the £5 over night parking.
The room was average. With enough to get you a shower and get your head down for the night.
The tea & coffee facilities were a no go as the kettle was riddled with ants.
Along with around 30+ flying ants tucking you into bed at night and waking you in the morning. We didn’t stick around for breakfast.
We arrived with no big expectations for a 3 star hotel and the price we paid but sadly a very unpleasant stay, didn’t realise we had booked the night at pets at home! Ha!
The positives - the location was ideal and the parking and parking charges 👍

The hotel is clean and staff helpful. However it is an old hotel and is looking tired. Our room looked ok at first glance but the ceiling had a few bumps in it which looked like water leaks and walls had lots of rough repairs to it where probably switches had been moved. Skirting boards had about an inch thick of paint. Floors and corridors were very creaky which you can hear through thin walls. Had to pay for adult breakfast for my 13 year old which she then pretty much turned her nose up. Very cheap sausages, scrambled eggs were watery, bacon fatty, and what looked like tinned peaches, no fresh fruit. In short it was ok for one night. One bonus is £5 for car park for 24hrs, so we checked out and left the car there to enjoy another day at beach.
Helpful staff and the location a short drive from where we were visiting was useful.
It's a tired, old hotel at the end of the day and you pay a premium price I guess for location close to the beach. In reality the price should be about a third of what we paid, or, they close it and renovate it and then can justify the room rate.
Parking very limited.
Noisy evening event going on in the ballroom.
No fan or air con on a very warm night.
Not good value for money I am afraid.
Room was very hot.. and the noise of the Boiler kept me awake on and off all night.
Clean room.
VERY BASIC.. not even 1 picture on the wall or hook inside bathroom.
Get what you pay for but would be disappointed if charged more later in year.
Breakfast ok.
Our experience wasnt the best!
The room was the last one in the corridor. To reach it you need to go down some steps which are not visible and anyone can be tripped. The room was quite small with a small window on the corner. Old furniture. Bathroom is on a lower level so you need to go down 6-7 steps to get there. Bathroom is also old. The hotel needs a real renovation. The entrance and lobby were okay. The alarm rung several times during the night and we had to evacuate the building which was annoying. Not the best experience. I wont recommend it for vacation but for a short stay it will do the thing. The staff were helpful.
Use this hotel often amd always meets expectations! Staff are wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. Would highly recommended

Dated but nice!
The hotel was very dated but comfortable and we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Didnt dine in but the restaurant was busy. Also a nice walk to the fantastic beach.
