"My Mom and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was excellent. There is no elevator so the second level with heavy suitcases was difficult but one of the staff assisted us. There isn't much in the line of restaurants in the immediate area by foot. There are two bus stops to take you to downtown Vancouver close by. One is right at the back of the building."

"Our room was great: clean, comfortable beds, working AC, quiet and recently renovated. Gentleman at front desk was very friendly. Two issues to note: There is NO ice machine on the property (we wanted to fill our cooler); I have NEVER stayed at a hotel/motel that did not have an ice machine. Also, there was only one facecloth in the room and when we asked for one more at front desk, we were told that there is only ONE facecloth per room. This is crazy! "Everything was great Muizz at the front desk was great and answered all my questions. Views are amazing the restaurant on site Joes on the beach has amazing body’s (10 types on Bennies) place is very clean and fresh. We had a room with a little kitchenette. Small but good for small dinner or bkft. There is a bbq on site to use but bring some bbq tools if you want to use. The only negative and Muizz said they will probably fix is the patio doors need screens. We will be back in September for sure...
