"The place give an illusion of clean and the staff do their best to upkeep an old property. Felt like they were under staffed as we were always waiting or searching for someone."

"Do not recommend at all. The dirty glasses in my room, the shampoo and condition packets that had less than a teaspoon in it were useless. The pool being out of order for over a year and not saying so when we booked or after when they changed it on line was fraudulent. No staff at night to help with anything. Air conditioner was not very effective. This hotel has potential but as long as the people running it are there it won't improve. Smirking at my wife when he said the pool is closed was...

"The staff was super friendly and kind, the room was very comfortable and very nicely renovated! We will definitely visit again!"

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Much nicer than the usual motel room. However, we were given a room at the end of the building, closest to the highway that runs in front, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise beginning at around 6AM. Also, alongside the highway runs a railroad track, and trains were running about once an hour. Fortunately from inside the room the noise from the trains was mostly just a low rumble, and it didn’t wake me up. I did ask the desk clerk if I could...

"Everything was good"

"Very loud location. Very loud AC unit. Small, thin towels and very few of them. Bed/pillows weren’t very comfortable. Only plus item was the price."

"Bernie is super friendly and helpful. The place itself feels a little run down and in need of renovation. The rooms themselves are better than the rest of the property. Overall, a reasonable place to stay overnight while hopping on to the ferry."
