"The room we were in was right next to the Breakfast and reception area, so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would have liked an extra side table for the 2nd bed."

"It served it's purpose...somewhere close to stay near the Truist stadium. The biggest problem was the congestion at the complimentary breakfast bar. There was not near enough room for all the guests to select their items with everyone bumping in to each other and waiting. The room was clean. The shower has been upgraded with new doors; however in our room the door kept sliding open while in the shower."

"I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel"

"Beds dirty and had to ask for bedding for spare bed, staff not friendly or helpful and played on their phone while asking for what we paid for. Also, tent encampment right behind hotel. I wasn’t ware of that. "

"The perimeter rooms are exposed to high traffic. The cars on the highway were extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was good. However, this did not makeup for the loss of sleep."

"As respectfully as possible, this is a last-resort property to stay at. The staff member that checked us in was rude however the staff that checked us out was kind. The building is old, is not in the best area of town, and its safety measures are lacking. The doors were thin and the locks unsecured. We had people running up and down the stairs / arguing in the hallways all night long. Multiple people were just hanging out in their cars late at night smoking weed before leaving.
