"Never was told I had to pay $10 for parking until I checked in...... bad way to start out a stay when the parking spots are right against the hotel. I was given a room that had bad beds. So soft and springy anytime my significant other moved the bouncing woke me up. The mattress was cheap. Nice hotel but I won't stay there ever again I like a good night's sleep. "I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past decade and have never had a complaint worth mentioning. The staff has consistently been courteous and helpful throughout the years. The breakfast is excellent—full and noticeably improved over time. The location is a major plus, with close proximity to the mall, Target, and other spots all within walking distance. "This was a great stay! The only problem that we had was that we didn't stay long enough! Staff helped us get into our rooms (they had to move something around for us to do so). The place has a REAL elegant and clean feel. We loved that. Our room was amazing, and we had a wonderful view of the guitar and a walkout shared balcony. That was pretty amazing as well.
