"Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel."

I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. "Excellent experience from booking to check out. Food was delicious. Good selection. Room was in great shape. We really liked the sink in the toilet area separate from the sink in the shower area. Both had doors that closed. Perfect for a girls weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. If we need a hotel in this area, this is where we will stay. "

"We stayed 8 nights at Element Dallas Richardson, traveling from Toronto with our family for the Dallas Cup. Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t. The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything.
