Khách sạn Boyds Creek

"The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed"

"There was not easy access to and from our room. The halls were extremely long. Otherwise, the room was pleasant."

"Todo muy limpio y amables"

"Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty."

"Perfect resort for your stay to Dollywood!"

"The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. There is a fire feature in the center of a very beautiful sitting area. They have a pool. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning."

"Wonderful stay and very clean facility!"

"Best Pigeon Forge hotel."

"Excelent"

"Great breakfast, pool area very clean, free parking, easy to find."

"This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party."

"Nice clean place, comfortable bed, pool was a Lil cold was supposed to be heated Perfect spot on the parkway"

"The hotel was very clean, both inside and out, and the HVAC system worked exceptionally well, making our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. The staff also appeared unhappy in their jobs. Of the three employees we interacted with, none smiled or offered a friendly greeting, and each came across as somewhat rude. Customer service was lacking and did not make us feel welcome during our stay."
