"We chose this hotel based on shuttle availability, reviews, and price. We had an early flight and live 3 hours from the airport and were traveling with small children. If you’re going to need the shuttle do call and confirm shuttle times and book your shuttle times well in advance. I read online that the shuttle service began at 5AM. we needed to leave for the airport by 545 but at the front desk check-in, they said shuttles don’t start until 6 AM. "Clean bed. Nicely made. However, the beds were squeaky/noisy every time we moved, the curtains were falling off the rods, the ironing board was rusty and broken, the tub had broken fixtures, and the little coffee pot was dirty on the outside. They are trying to upgrade parts of the room but clearly are doing it a little at a time. If all you need is a place to lay your head at night and aren't looking for anything special, then this is fine."

"Hundreds of ants in our room. When we told the front desk he said he would try to get ahold of someone. Later I asked what was happening with it and he asked me to show him the ants. I took him to the room and he seemed shocked that there really were hundreds of ants. He then sprayed them with a can of raid and that was it.
