"The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price."

"At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking...

"The property is at the end of a private/gated area. Hotel seems recently renovated but some of the finishes (flooring & shower tiling) showing some wear already. King bed was very firm and found it not comfortable. Hotel has many convenient amenities for a visiting family such as small store, restaurants, pool games and poolside food service. "I booked a room with a beach view, but when I arrived and the hotel no longer had a room with a beach view but would have one the next day. We moved ALL our belongings next morning to the new room with a beach view. The view was lovely, but we had an air conditioner that constantly leaked into the floor. "I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again."

"Partner and I had a great experience other than a few small things. The room was a great value, walking distance to the beach and coligny shopping area, free breakfast was good, staff was nice, free parking, etc. The only big problem I had was the smell in the room. It smelled like a weird kind of cleaning supply but it lingered for the 2 nights we stayed. Wasn’t awful but it was noticeable and a little bothersome. Staff offered to help but there wasn’t much to do about it"
