"Fantastic 1 night stay ,we used the pool which was warm and vey inviting,towels included, the room was gorgeous,mini fridge,a huge tv and led lighting, small hiccup with the air con but fixed straight away,had dinner in the restaurant great food and very reasonably priced,best part of our stay was breakfast in bed delivered to our room in the morning cooked and continental as busy parents this was an absolute luxury, highly recommend and look forward to our next stay ."

"It was a great suprise to find a kitchen in our room. Great saver when it came to being able to cook instead of the pricey eating out option. We absolutely loved our stay the only very small issue is that the bed was very short an a small double which was interesting waking up at only 5ft 7 with my legs hung out of the bed. We slept like a dream dispite this and would stay again very soon. A 20 min very striagh forward walk in a straight line to eventim apollo. Also to mention that there was...

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was a little outdated. Carpet was old and so were the curtains. Bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling and tiles and sink were stained. Could do with an upgrade. "

The accommodation was filthy, with strange marks on the walls, the room smelling like someone had chain smoked inside, and the bathroom and lobby smelling of waste. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of refund, particularly because I had to book a last minute alternate accommodation due to the poor conditions. "
