"A very modern hotel in a lovely area of London, with excellent rates. 5 minutes walk to the underground, easy access to CentralLondon. Have stayed in Clayton Hotel in Glasgow and the room and amenities in Chiswick Clayton were just as good. Will definitely stay again when in London."

"Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"

"Had a fantastic stay. Special kudos to Mr. Abaas who went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent too - fresh, varied, and a great start to each day. Enjoyed the use of the pool too. Very refreshing after those hot London days. Highly recommend!"

"I was astounded how expensive this hotel was for a pretty standard hotel. The staff gave me the wrong room number and I tried to get into the wrong occupied room. When I went to explain my plight the staff appeared burden by my request for the correct key and room and no apology was forth coming. I order a simple meal and was told the wait would be 30mins, 90mins later I was still waiting. When it arrived it was merely adequate. I would not stay here again."

"The Location of the Pub was Perfect and the pub looked great (didn’t eat) . The room we stayed in and looking at the other reviews seems to be the same story, Tired, Dirty, lacking basics and need some investment."

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...

"My room was probably the cleanest of any holiday accommodations that I have stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything worked, and was well maintained, especially the aircon. My room on the top floor was quiet. No lift, but the stairs were fine. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestions would be a small fridge, and a separate bin for items for recycling."
