"There was no air conditioning we could not sleep without opening the window which gave a little bit of nice air but brought with it a lot of mosquitos the bathroom was too small there was only 3 small lights in the room
It was clean and near everything

"I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)"

"I think that the hotel need to be more versatile , when the wether is good open roof top bar ?
No aircon the room was red hot but that’s not the hotels fault ! Italy doesn’t allow air con until late April I’ve been informed
We certainly would have used the roof top bar as advertised ! But it wasn’t open "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Flaminia! It is a beautiful property in the heart of town. The lakeside restaurant and provided breakfast were excellent amenities. The room was lovely and clean! Though it mentions that there is private parking, it does cost an extra 20 euros which I do wish had been included in the original description. The staff are lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. Even though it wasn’t yet the peak of summer, they were able to provide us with swimming towels to take a dip in the lake. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the beautiful town of Sirmione."

From the moment we arrived, everything was just seamless. The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and truly designed to help you switch off. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and it really felt like they catered to our every need throughout our stay.
A special shout out to the bar team — Andrei Jr, Andrei (Bar Manager), Robin and Jack — who made every evening so enjoyable. Their service, attention to detail, and warm energy didn’t go unnoticed and honestly elevated the whole experience.
Also a big thank you to all the spa staff, who were always so kind, welcoming and genuinely pleasant to us. You can really feel the level of care and professionalism in everything they do.
Overall, such a beautiful experience — we left feeling completely relaxed and already wanting to come back ✨"

"The staff are phenomenal. But the hotel is next to a building site and they start early, not the hotel’s fault, but had I known before I booked I wouldn’t have booked. They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean."
