"room service food was not great and way too expensive. server of room service was polite and professional but gave me a bottle of water without glass of ice. she offered to get one but i said no. big miss. check in could not originally find my reservation but finally did. using wifi was horrible as i had to call desk to log in. i entered everything correctly but their last name requirement read with a first name as part of the last name. overall not good for a j w. bell men were very good. valet. could not respond to my request as my request on phone got kicked back. bellman had to request."

"Arrived for the night to be told the hotel was over booked and we had to transfer to another nearby hotel - the parking lot was only 25% full and the lobby was completely empty. The staff member wasn't very apologetic about the inconvenience and when I arrived at the new hotel the information hasn't been transferred so check-in took 30 minutes."

"the room we stayed in was poorly maintained. the tile in the bathroom was noticeably uneven, you could see the paint mismatch on patch kits in the sunlight, the bathroom door had split wood like someone tried to kick it in, and there was so much outside noise. we could hear footsteps and joists creaking from an occupant above us. we could hear an intermittent clicking noise for at least 5-10 mins after flushing. we could hear way too much for what is called a “sleep in”. the temperature in the room was also less than ideal. the room constantly felt damp and humid no matter what temperature we had it set at. the hand towels in our bathroom were also visibly stained. the rest of the property was fine, the staff was lovely, but i personally will not be staying at this hotel again."

"The hotel was clean and nothing was broken. No broken lights or bad power sockets. The staff was very helpful and fixed any issues. Back parking lot was obviously where people sat outside to drink and party and there were broken bottles out there the entire weekend so that was a little sketchy. The restaurant/bar was great but the 2 times i ordered food it took a lot longer than I felt like it should. 30 minutes for a si gle meal and then 50 minutes the second day for 3 meals. Friday night people were up and loud in the hallways until 3am slamming doors and playing music. Then I called the front desk and the attendant came down and fixed the problem by talking to the noisy guests. Second night was fine. 3rd night card down by 11pm Breakfast was as to be expected, waffles cereal muffins and coffee. The fitness room was well stocked and everything worked. The rooms were clean and nice. The hall ways got messy daily but the staff worked hard to clean them up in the evenings. The best part was the open air atrium with pool and hot tub and live trees inside. Very beautiful!"
