"Do not stay here while they are renovating the hotel. The room we stayed in was extremely tired, stained carpet, stained chair, stained side of bed. Toilet seat didn’t fit and moved. Everything about the room itself was not acceptable. They shouldn’t open if they can’t provide good clean rooms. Have stayed here many times over many years. So disappointed"

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Lovely hotel on the seafront, spacious rooms, plenty toiletries in bathroom. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel in long time, really good selection of items hot and cold. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on them. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"It was clean but very very basic . The pictures on the website are not the real thing. The walls are paper thin . The sink in the room is tiny . Plus points : it’s clean . The shared bathroom was also very clean. The walk to the attic rooms is up a very very lot of stairs"
