"Clean, safe, and quiet; friendly staff."

"Everything was amazing. Breakfast was really good! Nice little indoor pool and hot tub. But the only complaint I have is they need to update there card system for the rooms. Idk how many time we had to get a different one because it wouldn't work. We had a king suite it had a king size bed, queen size bed and a pull out couch! Very nice. Also staff was amazing! Thanks for you hospitality and until next time!"

"The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We stayed here a couple years ago and this time we brought some friends with us. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of time to enjoy the wineries and played cards at the large table in the lobby each night. May make this our annual trip. 😊"

"I loved the hotel and the property - so beautiful and layout was attractive and very inviting; loved the night of music under the canopy, fire pit by the lake, etc. Enjoyed being at the public lake and on the paths. Our only downside was the check in that took over an hour - had nothing to do with the hotel or staff - since that was all great! EXPEDIA messed up our reservation even though I had confirmation etc......and hotel did not have our room reserved. It was a nightmare because...

"Top notch resort. Beautiful property. Great resrurant options. Could use additional staff in the library. It's the only casual option for morning coffee and breakfast and it gets backed up quickly. Also FYI you automatically get billed 20% for amenities at check out. We did not know so we double dipped the tip for the pontoon cruise."

"It was an interesting area and the rooms were quite spacious. The building seemed to have some improvements. It is an 19th century hotel so it must be an ongoing process. Bathrooms could be cleaner. We loved steeetside porch and 2nd floor porch."

"Beautiful setting next to idyllic summer lake town. Melanie Soberon, owner was on site during the days. She and her staff were very helpful, recommending local restaurants and points of interest. Will definitely stay here again!"
