"À bit bleak. Large room but sparsely furnished. Two doubles beds were too small for a comfortable sleep for four people.Also has a very noisy central AC system. Location was good. Breakfast food was fine but server was incredibly rude. Refused polite requests from me (and other guests) and just sat on her phone."

"Convenient location for me in downtown Stamford. Checking in was simple, and my room was ready for me when I arrived. The parking garage can become very full at times, making it difficult to park. There is additional parking across the street, but that’s not convenient (or safe) when coming back to the hotel very late. "Billed as a four star property but things felt more three star. Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property."

"This is the second time I've stayed here in two weeks, and this is my second review. Not much has changed. I think for $115, this is a great place, but that was through Expedia. I wouldn't pay the full rack rate. It's a great throwback to the old two story motels where every door opens to the outside. I may not have had someone above my first floor room last time but this time I definitely did and the footsteps and other noise did keep me from sleeping to some degree. Maybe the person was just...
