Khách sạn gần Nhà ga quân đội Brooklyn tại New York

"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."

"The staff was exceptional. The lobby needs to be updated starting with the carpet being replace. First impression. The location was the best for dining with access to the subway. Overall my stay was comfortable.."

"This is a very basic room with NO amenities. No phone, coffee maker, not even a plastic cup to drink from. Room is very small ( deluxe king? Nope, nothing deluxe about it). Had to move the desk chair to be able to get to side of the bed. One light was out and the shower soap was empty. Threadbare towels and not enough for two people. So not well maintained. No bedside lamp or clock. Overall I felt very ripped off. Only positive was free parking (limited space). Not recommended especially...

"Friendly staff"

"The room was clean and very comfortable, towels and wash cloths were old and worn though. The air conditioning worked well and I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Considering the prices of hotels in NY, I really can’t complain at all for what I paid to stay at the Phoenix. I would actually stay there again if needed. My room was next to the street so it was really noisy, especially on the weekend, thank god I can sleep through anything, if you’re looking for absolute quiet this might not...

"It’s just so loud, club music from somewhere all night long, every time I fall in sleep then I hear slamming the door many times!"

"There really was not on site parking. I believe the listing should be updated to reflect this"

"Overall a decent stay. Most staff were wonderful but a few were rude and disappointing. Amenities were great but a few flaws like steam room working poorly and no hot tub at the pool. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"Kk"

"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"Beautiful modern chic"

"I enjoy staying here and I’ve done so in the past, but I’m not happy with the fact that an iron and ironing board are no longer provided in the rooms. I was surprised to see that they only give you a steamer, and I was appalled by the explanation that using a steamer is supposed to be healthier for you. What sense does that make?!"
