Khách sạn gần Trung tâm hướng dẫn Du khách và Du lịch Brooklyn tại New York

"The room and common areas were in excellent condition, but they should be for the very high price. On two of the four nights, our keys didn't work, and we had to return to the front desk for replacements. They didn't email me a copy of the folio, so I had to call and ask them to send it to me, and when I got it I discovered that I was overcharged. I called the hotel accounting department and got voicemail, left a message and no one has called me back. It's been two days. I like this hotel but...

"We stayed as a family and really enjoyed it."

"Very small hotel room for it to be 12 floors was very ridiculously hard to get to and from my room knowing if I left anything I’d have to go all the way back upstairs."

"Dirty carpets, old and loud AC unit. Shower caulking with mold and had to ask the staff to bring towels up 3 times before they brought them after an hour. Lobby is dirty and old."

"Staff did not show any care for client needs. Borderline rude. No bottled water ever provided as always "none left". Claim of rooms being soundproof completely inaccurate. You can hear everything and cannot sleep. No coffee maker in our room. Only one set of towels for two guests upon arrival."

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."
