"The property itself was nice and well kept by maintenance, but I cannot say that about the rooms the ceiling tile was coming down in the bathroom. The bathroom had a sewage smell. The ceiling fans were nasty. I have to say the one maintenance guy Troy I think was his name went out of his way to help ..."
