On downside the staff were rushed off their feet and my partner dubbed it the “do it yourself” hotel as our room wasn’t cleaned, we had to go to bar to collect coffee and cutlery at breakfast. The bottle of Prosecco we were given when we left would have been a lovely touch if we weren’t flying home with no checked luggage- it would have meant more on arrival! "
