"The room was clean well stocked. There was a microwave and fridge for ease of use. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. One small issue would be that the gravy for the biscuits was in a container before the biscuits (sort of out of order). It was good just had to get use to grabbing the biscuits first. Parking was readily available."

"The area around the hotel felt safe. little Italy is about a half mile away, plenty of restaurants there. Museums and a park is within walking distance.
We stayed in a Suite on the third floor. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or other hotel guests. Eating breakfast in the sunroom was nice."

"The property was close to where I wanted to go. one of two elevators did not work. the desk staff was only one person at check in time. The lady in front of me needed 5 rooms, one at a time. They then used all of the luggage carts (there were only 4. I was told breakfast went till 10L30, they close it at 913 on week days. The desk staff did not know directions to area restuarants (Cru Corkage)
Serious construction on access roads.

"The staff was nice, and I never heard a plane take off. The problem is ROAD NOISE. This hotel fronts a major road. If you’re on the south side of the hotel (half the rooms) the road noise is really hard to sleep through. The A/C worked but there wasn’t any setting for “constant fan” so no good option for white noise.
The room was clean but smelled of tobacco smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. The carpet in the stairwell was dirty."
